"Fran has cut, coloured and blow-dried my hair for 20 years regularly every 4 weeks and am always delighted with the results. People constantly ask me who does my hair and ask me about the colour as they think is looks natural. In fact, my sister, who lives in Kent and so doesn't have access to Fran's services, keeps trying to have her hair cut and coloured so it looks more like mine. Fran is always punctual, and friendly and I look forward to her monthly visits as it's so much better than having to go out to a salon."
